Harley Street Consulting offers hypnotherapy, coaching, and personal development services, including one-to-one sessions and downloadable products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services unless you are a minor receiving services with the written consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Bookings and Appointments
- All appointments are subject to availability.
- Sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed or late cancellations may be charged in full.
- If you are late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are accepted online via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- We do not store or have access to your full credit/debit card information.
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT (if applicable).
- For digital products, payment must be made in full before access is granted.
5. Refunds
- Refunds for hypnotherapy or coaching sessions are only available if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
- If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will assist promptly.
6. Use of Hypnotherapy Recordings
- Hypnotherapy recordings are for personal use only.
- Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
- Not suitable for individuals with epilepsy, psychosis, or serious mental health conditions without medical approval.
- For children under 18, parental supervision and consent are required.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, recordings, and downloads — is the property of Harley Street Consulting and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
